The Global GV Training Centre is located at “Ananda Madhurii” Master Unit in Australia. It consists of 5 acres, zoned as rural residential. It has the main house (110 m2) and a secondary dwelling or cabin of 70 m2 recently built as well as a brick shed (60 m2) that has been converted into a yoga and meditation room. We have a dam, one large tank and 4×10,000 L tanks. The trees that grow well here are macadamia nut, citrus, amla, drumstick, chico, sapote, mango, persimmon, banana. It is a drought-flood area prone to frost on land that was once used for cattle. The trees are growing slowly but steadily. New trees such as cherry, jack fruit, plum and fig trees are being cultivated. A few original tall native trees are still standing on this cleared acreage. We have a lot of birds and hopefully with time, more and more fruits and flowers. We are close to town and it will be a matter of time before the zoning changes to ‘residential’ wherein we can subdivide and put more buildings for a community purpose such as a school or housing village. Even on such a small acreage we will still have the capacity to create a functioning MU.
